I like a neutral soft pink polish.  My favorite is from OPI called Mimosas for Mr. & Mrs.  Unfortunately, a regular manicure won't last for what I do in the kitchen and factory.  I used to get acrylics, but I just switched to gels-- there's no lifting!  

Even when I'm really busy, I do make the time to get my nails done.  Working with chocolate is intense with your hands but you have to look presentable for yourself, customers and especially if I do a demo and everyone is watching my hands when I'm working with the chocolate.
